Salary Range: $ 93,000.00 to $ 110,000.00

Looking for a candidate with strong costing and inventory experience, but also a solid foundation in technical accounting. These skills will be essential, as the individual will be responsible for the full scope of accounting activities.

It is important that the candidate has a thorough understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.  

Financial Duties

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting.
• Prepare Journal entries for month end closing
• ICO accruals and cash settlement
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Payroll and payroll accounting experience
• AP/AR controls and review responsibility
• 1099 preparation

Banking

• Approve ACH and wire activity
• Reconcile monthly bank statements

Fixed Asset

• Ensure fixed assets are appropriately recorded and depreciated.
• Prepare entries for depreciation.
• Maintain accurate registers that tie monthly to the financial statements

Requirements

• Several years of controlling and reporting experience, preferably from both Sales and Manufacturing operations.
• Curiosity to understand the business, customers, and operations.
• Strong business sense with a high level of integrity.
• Determination and experience of implementing changes.
• Strong capability of driving/performing analysis.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• 4-year degree in accounting.
