Summary:
This position is a key role within the Lubrication Lifetime Solutions factory leadership team in St Louis, MO. We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Supply Chain Manager to oversee all Supply Chain activities including production planning, procurement, and forecasting. This position will also lead and participate in transformation initiatives and drive change management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a proven track record of managing organizational change.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee all Supply Chain Processes
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to align with organizational goals and market trends.
- Implements lean management principles in supply chain management to reduce inventories and improve operational efficiencies.
- Lead transformation projects, ensuring alignment across supply chain, production and logistics functions.
- Oversee change management initiatives to enhance organizational adoption and operational efficiency.
- Optimize demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Analyze data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership on progress and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in demand chain, supply chain or operations management.
- Strong project management and change management skills, with a focus on transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
