We are looking for a strategic Full Value Chain Leader to optimize profitable in the Americas region. This position plays a crucial role in developing and executing the regional strategy in alignment with our global objectives, while also serving as a key representative of our company to important clients in the Americas region.
As the Head of Industrial Seals Americas, you will guide the entire value chain team, with the goal of enhancing regional decision-making, cultivating complete accountability, and implementing customer-focused improvements by utilizing an integrated mindset across engineering, manufacturing, and sales.
Key responsibilities
· Lead the full value chain in Americas region for engineering, manufacturing, and sales to ensure profitable growth and operational excellence, through a full P&L responsibility for the Americas region.
· Shape and execute the regional strategy in alignment with global goals, while driving customer-centric improvements.
· Represent the company to key customers in the region, building strong partnerships and market presence.
· Guide and develop the NAM leadership team, fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with global leadership to future-proof the organization through agile practices and integrated ways of working.
What we expect you to have/be:· Master´s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
· At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role within manufacturing, engineering, or sales.
· Proven experience in managing a Sales or a global manufacturing setting, preferably in an Industrial environment.
· Well-developed leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
· Highly developed communication, negotiation, and interpersonal competencies.
· Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
· Willingness to travel within the region and internationally as required.
