Position Summary

This role supports the full production process of customized solid oil filled bearings by preparing materials, operating equipment, and completing finishing and packaging tasks. It ensures product quality, safety, and efficiency while maintaining a clean, organized work environment that contributes to smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Production of customized Solid Oil filled bearings
• Prepare and maintain poly oil mixture based on demand
• Clean, and prepare bearings
• Fill, bake/cure filled bearings
• De-flash, assemble and package bearings for shipment
• Utilize hand tools and light industrial equipment in the process
• Safely operate ovens, vacuum tanks, mixers & de-flashing tools
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

• Maintaining a clean, organized work environment and properly using hand tools and light industrial equipment contributes to workplace efficiency, accuracy, and product integrity.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma
• Experience: Manufacturing or production experience
• Technical Skills: Mechanical aptitude, Quality control or inspection experience
• Other Requirements: Experience working with hand tools and light industrial equipment
• Travel Requirements: 0% of travel
