We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Spindle Repair Technician. This role is perfect for someone with basic mechanical skills who’s eager to learn and grow in a hands-on technical environment. You’ll assist with inspecting, cleaning, and repairing spindle components used in CNC machines and other industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help disassemble and clean spindle units under supervision.
- Learn to inspect parts for wear or damage using basic tools.
- Assist with replacing bearings and other components.
- Support testing and balancing of repaired spindles.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Document work performed and parts used.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Candidates with an Industrial Machine Repair or Automotive Mechanic background are encouraged to apply.
- One to three years of on-the-job experience preferred but will train qualified candidates.
- Basic understanding of hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Good attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet.
