Salary Range: $93,000.00 to $110,000.00

Summary:

We are looking for an inspired and driven individual to support the SKF Logistics operations process in North America.

This role will support the creation of Logistics Dashboards, with the aim of increasing real time data visualization and data quality, to facilitate the improvements and decision-making processes.

This position will be the support for the rest of the logistics team in areas related to KPIs, reports and data analysis, keeping accurate and transparent information.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Create reports and extract data for review and analysis.
  • Support on data analysis pertaining to all aspects of logistics.
  • Collaboration with Project Manager on data-centric projects.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving existing logistics data analysis tools.
  • Advise on best techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy and accuracy of data.
  • Maintain 3rd Party users’ access to SKF systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ERI & RGA errors to ensure the processes are running correctly.
  • Manage Inbound Problem area.
  • Admin the block stock and late receipts processes.
  • Support the Over Goods process.
  • Support the development of new processes and monitor results.
  • Perform daily operational job functions as needed.
  Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Microsoft Excel.
  • Expert skill in Power BI (queries, dashboards, DAX language, use of visualization).
  • Understanding of database fundamentals (SQL is a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Orientation towards quality and results.
  • Consistent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new data related systems in short term
  • Previous exposure to operations processes (i.e. Warehouse, Transportation, Quality, Process Improvement)
