Salary Range: $ 93,000.00 to $ 110,000.00

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Export Coordinator to manage and streamline our export processes for SKF Automotive USA. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for international customers and ensure smooth coordination of export activities, from documentation to shipment.

• Act as the main key contact for international SKF Automotive units and customers purchasing from SKF Automotive USA.
• Manage the preparation and coordination of export customs documents and pre-alert processes.
• Work closely with the Transportation team, freight forwarders, Customs/FTZ team, shipping warehouse, and receiving units to ensure alignment of export processes.
• Keep DOH export tables and settings updated to meet internal customer requirements.
• Maintain and update internal International Customer Master Files and work instructions.
• Oversee the TER Return Shipping process to international factories and suppliers.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s/associate degree with 3+ years of experience in export coordination, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of export customs regulations and documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in relevant export control systems.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
