Position Summary

Leads a unified pricing organization covering Industrial Aftermarket and OEM sales in the US and Canada. This role oversees pricing strategy, governance, quoting operations, contract management, tariff execution, and distributor rebate programs to drive profitable growth, operational efficiency, and a consistent customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the pricing organization, ensuring strong execution across pricing, quoting, governance, and compliance. Build collaboration and trust between Sales and Pricing. Provide clear, data driven communication to leadership
  • Own pricing strategy and performance management for all industrial channels.
  • Establish, implement, and monitor performance KPIs appropriate for ensuring results consistent with the team’s strategy and vision.
  • Manage OEM quoting, including market price determination, cost modeling and profitability analysis. Direct contract governance, renewals, and approval workflows.
  • Lead tariff strategy implementation and ensure effective margin recovery through targeted pricing adjustments and automated processes. Partner with Finance and global teams to evaluate cost changes, regulatory updates, and impacts. 
  • Manage aftermarket pricing by leading the Quote Expert Team for complex aftermarket opportunities, improving speed to quote and accuracy. Oversee distributor IDP pricing, price lists, and compliance.
  • Manage distributor rebate and claims processes, including validation, reconciliation, and dispute resolution.
  • Serve as business owner for pricing systems and digital tools; drive modernization and automation. Improve process efficiency, speed to quote, data quality, and automation.
  • Strengthen collaboration with Sales, PLM, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Operations to improve responsiveness, decision making, and pricing effectiveness.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of pricing, financial analysis, or commercial operations experience.
  • Experience managing teams in complex, cross functional environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise with pricing tools, ERP, CRM, and Excel.
  • Ability to manage large workflows, ambiguity, and tight commercial timelines.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
  • Familiarity with tariff structures, cost modeling, and complex pricing mechanisms.
  • Experience with rebate systems, contract management, and distributor programs.
