Position Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our Belleville, Ontario team. This hands-on role involves shipping, receiving, assembly, and order picking of lubrication equipment and related components. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and a strong team player.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Assemble lubrication equipment using hand tools and written instructions
  • Pick and pack customer orders based on packing slips or work orders
  • Prepare shipments for outbound delivery, including labeling and documentation
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and storage of materials
  • Support general warehouse organization and cleanliness
  • Follow all health and safety protocols and workplace procedures

 

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred (shipping/receiving, order picking, or assembly)
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Forklift certification is an asset (but not required)
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
