Visual Inspector 2nd shift

Salary Range: $21.00 hr

Responsibilities:

  • Perform visual inspections, at various magnifications, utilizing magnifiers, microscopes, etc.
  • Assure applicable inspection equipment is in calibration before use.
  • Maintain cleanliness & orderliness of inspection stations.
  • Report inspection results clearly and accurately.
  • Identify and segregate and initiate Discrepancy Reports for nonconforming product.
  • Comply with stamp control procedures.
  • Assure lot and sample traceability.
  • Read new and revised specifications when mandated.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing process
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Sitting for 5-7 hours a day
  • Walking, pushing, carrying or lifting up to max. 50 lbs occasionally
  • Standing generally
  • Cannot have any visual color deficiency.
