Salary Range: $67,808.00 to $67,808.00

- Accepting applicants with 1-3 years of CNC experience with a Technical Degree or 3+ years working experience in lieu of degree.
- Starting wage is $32.60 an hour base pay
- Some weekly overtime including Saturdays.
- Climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
- IAM union positions with negotiated benefits starting first of the month following date of hire.
- IAM benefits include medical, dental, vision, Rx, life insurance and short-term disability
- Company contribution to 401k account of 5% weekly
- 10 paid holidays.
- Paid personal time and vacation – prorated.
Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Setup, operate and maintain CNC lathes and/or horizontal mills, using programs, blueprints and other work instructions as provided.
- Must know and understand the functions of CNC programs and precision measuring equipment required to produce quality parts.
- Responsible for supplying and maintaining personal tools to efficiently perform required tasks.
